Your tax file, opened and handled step by step.

Allbiz Tax Consultants is a Pakistan based tax and corporate compliance firm helping salaried individuals, freelancers, sole proprietors, startups and registered companies stay on the right side of the FBR and SECP. From your first NTN registration to annual income tax return filing and ongoing SECP filings, we open your tax file, explain each requirement in plain language, and complete the paperwork correctly the first time.

Tax rules in Pakistan change often, and a small mistake on the FBR IRIS portal can delay your filer status or trigger notices. Our role is to remove that pressure. We prepare your documents, reconcile your income, file within the deadline, and keep a clean record so that your next filing is faster and simpler than the last.

What we help you with

Whether you are filing your first income tax return or managing compliance for a growing company, our consultants keep the process clear, deadline-aware and fully documented. Reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will guide your next step.

Who needs to register for an NTN in Pakistan?

Anyone earning taxable income — salaried employees above the exemption limit, freelancers, sole proprietors and companies — should hold a National Tax Number (NTN). An NTN is also required to become a filer, open certain business accounts and complete SECP company registration. Allbiz Tax Consultants handles the full NTN registration and FBR IRIS profile setup for you.

What is the difference between a filer and a non-filer?

A filer is a person or business listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List after filing their income tax return. Filers pay lower withholding tax on banking, property, vehicles and many transactions, while non-filers pay higher rates. Keeping your filer status active every year is one of the simplest ways to reduce tax deductions.

When is the income tax return filing deadline?

For most individuals and salaried taxpayers the FBR annual income tax return is due by 30 September, though the deadline is sometimes extended. Companies follow their own schedule based on the financial year. We recommend preparing your documents early so filing is calm rather than last minute.

Can you help if I am locked out of my FBR IRIS account?

Yes. FBR IRIS support is one of our core services. We assist with password recovery, updating your registered mobile number and email, name corrections and general profile cleanup so your account is ready before the filing deadline.

How long does SECP company registration take?

Once your name is reserved and documents are in order, SECP company registration can often complete within a few working days. Timelines vary with company type and documentation. Allbiz Tax Consultants guides you from name reservation through incorporation and the SECP filings that follow.
